As an International Production Support, you arrange various tasks for the Head of International Production and work closely with the other secretaries in supporting our project teams by ensuring the smooth operation of project activities.
Your key responsibilities are:Provide administrative support to the project team.
Organize travel arrangements including visa’s.
Coordinate arrangements for international clients or representatives (e.g. housing, residence permits).
Maintain project files and records, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.
Perform other administrative duties as required.
Support the Head of IP in an International environment.
Manage the invoicing process related to site team activities.
Have minimum 2-5 years of experience in a similar secretarial or support role.
Have strong organizational and coordination skills and an eye for detail.
Are flexible and capable to give priority to tasks in a dynamic working environment.
Have excellent written and verbal communication skills in Dutch and English language.
Have proficiency in Microsoft Office and affinity with IT tools.
Are socially skilled and a real team player.
A salary between €3,558 and €4,385 gross per month (based on full time working week), plus 8% holiday allowance.
Plenty of time off: 40 vacation days for a full-time position, with the option to buy or sell additional leave.

Flexible working: A home office allowance of €2.45 per day + a one‑time payment of €750 to set up your workspace. Flexible hours can be discussed.
Travel allowance of €0.21 per kilometer for the days you commute to the office.
