About the RoleAs our Administrative Office Coordinator, you’ll be the welcoming face of Sprague’s Home Office—greeting guests, supporting our senior leadership team, and helping the entire workplace run smoothly. This is an ideal role for someone coming from hotels, restaurants, or hospitality who enjoys fast‑paced service, creating great first impressions, and keeping an environment polished and running well.
You’ll manage the front desk, coordinate meetings and events, support executives, and ensure our office feels warm, professional, and on‑brand every day.
What You’ll Do Deliver an Exceptional Guest Experience- Warmly greet guests, team members, and executives as the first point of contact
- Manage visitor check‑in, issue badges, and uphold building security procedures
- Coordinate with vendors, deliveries, and transportation/rideshare needs
- Maintain a polished, organized, and welcoming lobby and shared spaces
- Coordinate calendars and schedule meetings for senior leaders
- Prepare meeting rooms, set up technology, and order refreshments
- Support internal events, projects, and team activities
- Book travel and hotel arrangements when needed
- Maintain supply rooms and ensure all shared spaces are tidy and fully stocked
- Receive, sort, and distribute packages and mail
- Build strong vendor relationships (office supplies, snacks, facility services)
- Partner with building management on maintenance or facility needs
- Identify opportunities to improve processes and the overall office experience
- Assist with internal announcements, guest arrivals, and communication
- Support teams with administrative tasks
- Jump in wherever needed—flexibility and a helpful attitude are key

- 5+ years Satisfactory Motor Vehicle Record
