Data Administration Volunteer

Age UK East Sussex is an independent Charity working in East Sussex to offer support and services to older people. We want to make East Sussex a great place to grow older.

Do you have great attention to detail and enjoy using data to produce reports? Maybe you have experience in data administration, data analysis or report production? Our CRM and reporting team is looking for volunteer data administrators to help with our vital work. Your skills will help us keep accurate records and up-to-date records within our CRM system.

You will check that the data is recorded correctly, identify errors or inconsistencies, and support good data management practices to ensure the quality and reliability of our information. If you enjoy producing reports we have opportunities to help with our KPI reports to show the difference we make for older people, trends and demographics about the people we are helping.

Your work will help to identify the future services our clients need and ensure we continue to work in the right areas, supporting the right people who need us the most. Based in our Eastbourne office, we will provide you with a desk, computer and a great team to be part of, or potentially working from home remotely. We will provide full training and support in the role and how to use our CRM system.

This role would suit both an experienced person who may have retired or a student / work experience post where you are looking to gain new skills to support your career.

If you are able to volunteer for at least half a day a week, have great data skills and an eye for detail then this opportunity could be right for you.

This role is for anyone aged 18 or over. Agreed upon travel expenses will be covered.
