Order Entry Specialist

Pay$23 - $28 an hour
Job Description- Process sales orders and other customer requests efficiently.
- Respond to customer emails and answer incoming phone calls.
- Communicate order status with internal teams.
- Create orders in SAP and manage billing processes.
- Post receipts and shipments in SAP related to third‑party shipments.
- Update reporting data regularly.
- Process invoices diligently as a primary task.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Skills & Qualifications
- Experience processing invoices.
- Experience using SAP ERP.
- Proficient in Excel, including pivot tables and V‑lookups.
- At least 1 year of administrative experience.
You will work in an office environment alongside approximately 75 people, with your own desk and equipment. The team you will support consists of 13 members. Initial training will be conducted 100% in‑office, five days a week. If training is successful, you may have the opportunity to work from home one day a week. Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $30.00 - $30.00/hr.
