Office Administrator/ Coordinator
We are seeking a highly organized, proactive, and dependable Executive Administrative Assistant to support the leadership team at a growing psychiatry and clinical research organization in Utah County. This role works directly with the Chief Medical Officer (psychiatrist) and CEO (psychologist) and plays a central part in both clinic operations and day-to-day executive support.
This is an ideal opportunity for someone who thrives in a fast-moving, mission-driven environment and enjoys wearing multiple hats—supporting clinical research, business operations, and a range of administrative and project-based responsibilities.

ResponsibilitiesThis position includes two primary areas of responsibility:
1) Clinical Research & Clinic Operations Support- Assist with coordination of a new outpatient psychiatry research clinic
- Scheduling participants, managing calendars, and client communications
- Supporting research workflows, documentation, and data entry
- Invoicing and administrative clinic tasks
- Medical assisting support as needed
Healthcare experience is a plus (medical assistant, phlebotomy, nursing, or similar), but we are willing to train the right candidate. Experience in clinical research coordination is highly valued.
2) Executive Administrative & Project Support- Calendar and scheduling management
- Writing, editing, and content review
- Project coordination across multiple business initiatives
- Website updates (e.g., Squarespace), social media planning and posting
- General administrative support for both professional and select personal logistics
Strong organizational skills are essential. Experience & skills in writing, graphic design, web tools, social media, are a plus :)

- Some flexibility for remote work and scheduling when appropriate
