- Manage invoice and billing processes, including reconciliation, monitoring, and reporting.
- Establish strong vendor relationships to ensure efficiency and alignment with internal processes.
- Analyze data, consolidating information into concise summaries to share and support decision making.
- Collaborate with others to maximize internal operational effectiveness, assist with administrative tasks, and coordinate with others as needed.

- This is a temporary‑to‑hire opportunity that provides onsite experience supporting both legal and business operations.
- Remote flexibility to work from home one (1) day a week.

- Experienced and knowledgeable. You have at least two (2) or more years of relevant experience, ideally in legal billing or law firm administration.
- Software savvy. You are technologically fluent across a variety of software programs including WK Passport, Microsoft Suite, and other office applications. Candidates with experience using Ariba and Passport will stand out!
- Thorough and process driven. You thrive in a dynamic environment where you regularly manage competing priorities. Time management and organizational skills will be key to being successful.
