In this role, you will communicate with clients to gather preferences, timelines, and budget considerations. You will research destinations, lodging options, transportation schedules, and activities to build thoughtful and organized travel plans. After presenting options, you will coordinate reservations and ensure all confirmations are properly documented. Your ability to manage multiple requests while maintaining accuracy and clear communication will be essential.
