We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Remote Data Entry Management & Operations Assistant to support daily business functions through accurate data maintenance and administrative coordination. Key Responsibilities Data Management & System Support- Accurately input, update, and maintain data across internal databases and platforms
- Review records for completeness, accuracy, and consistency
- Identify discrepancies and resolve data-related issues promptly
- Conduct routine data audits and quality assurance checks
- Maintain organized digital filing systems and documentation repositories
- Generate recurring and ad hoc operational reports
- Track workflow progress and monitor task completion
- Assist in preparing performance reports and KPI summaries
- Support dashboard updates and reporting accuracy
- Help maintain standard operating procedures and documentation
- Contribute to identifying process improvement opportunities
- Provide general administrative support to management and operations teams

- Support onboarding documentation and internal record updates

- High school diploma or equivalent (Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred)
- 1–3 years of experience in data entry, operations support, or administrative roles
- Strong typing skills with high accuracy
