Key Responsibilities Data Entry & Record Maintenance- Accurately input, update, and maintain data across multiple databases and systems
- Review records for completeness, accuracy, and consistency
- Identify discrepancies and resolve data-related issues promptly
- Conduct routine data audits and quality assurance checks
- Maintain organized digital filing systems and documentation repositories
- Generate recurring and ad hoc reports as requested
- Provide general administrative assistance to management and internal teams
- Manage email communications and respond to inquiries professionally
- Schedule meetings, coordinate calendars, and prepare meeting materials
- Prepare spreadsheets, presentations, and internal documentation
- Assist with document formatting, proofreading, and recordkeeping
- Support onboarding documentation and internal system updates
- Track workflow progress and monitor task completion
- Follow up on outstanding assignments to ensure deadlines are met
- Assist in maintaining standard operating procedures and documentation
- Support cross-departmental data and document requests
- Maintain confidentiality of sensitive company and client information

- High school diploma or equivalent (Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred)
- 1–3 years of experience in data entry, administrative support, or related roles
- Strong typing skills with high accuracy
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) or Google Workspace
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment
