Reservations / Admin – Luxury Lodge – Remote (Johannesburg or Pretoria Based)
Kendrick Recruitment is currently seeking a Reservations / Admin professional for a luxury lodge, working remotely. This role is ideally suited to a candidate based in Johannesburg or Pretoria who is organised, financially minded and experienced in reservations within the hospitality industry.
This is a work-from-home position requiring flexibility and responsiveness, particularly when new bookings are received.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage all reservations, enquiries and booking administration
• Process new bookings accurately and timeously
• Maintain reservation systems and ensure all guest information is up to date
• Assist with invoicing, payments and basic financial administration
• Support general administrative functions related to lodge operations
• Communicate professionally with guests and relevant stakeholders
Minimum Requirements:
• Previous reservations experience within a lodge or hospitality environment
• Basic knowledge of accounting and bookkeeping principles
• Strong administrative and organisational skills
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
• Must be based in Johannesburg or Pretoria
• Reliable internet connection and suitable home office setup
Salary: R20,000 – R25,000 DOE
