Executive Assistant – Atlanta, GA or Austin, TX (Hybrid)

In this fast‑paced role, you’ll serve as an Executive Assistant, providing critical support to multiple U.S.

-based Vice Presidents. You’ll manage a broad range of responsibilities including complex calendar coordination, domestic and international travel planning, expense reporting, and presentation preparation. Collaboration with other executive assistants will be key as you help coordinate meetings and deliverables for the senior leadership executives.

Role Responsibilities
  • Perform standard administrative duties for multiple vice presidents.
  • Manage complex calendars, appointments, and travel arrangements.
  • Process expense reports, ensuring accuracy, compliance with company policies, and timely reimbursement.
  • Collaborate with a team of executive assistants, actively participating in team meetings and providing coverage as needed.
  • Support functional work, including procurement activities and communications.
  • Exercise discretion and independent judgment with confidential and complex information.
  • Interpret and communicate executive intent or corporate policies to other managers.
Role Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree or specialized certification preferred.
  • At least 5 years of experience working with senior executives as an Administrative or Executive Assistant.
  • Highly professional, diligent, and dependable as you will be dealing regularly with highly confidential information.
  • Forward‑thinking; able to anticipate needs and exercise discretion.
  • Prioritization and planning are key to being successful in this role, as well as excellent communication and IT literacy, with tools such as Microsoft Word, Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel, and Zoom. Experience with Concur is a strong plus.
  • Ability to build effective working relationships across the business and be efficient with time.
  • Ability to work in office as needed by the executive(s) being supported.
Salary

The base salary range is $80,000.00 - $90,000.00 USD per year, which will be paid hourly. Actual salaries will vary based on candidates’ qualifications, skills, and competencies.
