Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role for an Assistant/EA based in Mumbai, offering flexibility for some remote work. The role involves providing comprehensive executive administrative support, managing schedules, preparing accurate expense reports, and assisting with day-to-day administrative tasks. The Assistant will ensure smooth functioning of daily operations while coordinating effectively with internal and external stakeholders.

Qualifications
Proficiency in Executive Administrative Assistance and Administrative Assistance to efficiently support daily operations.
Google Calander, Excel, Follow up's, social media, Time Management, Decision Making,
Strong Communication skills for effective interaction with team members, clients, and external stakeholders.
Exceptional organizational and time-management abilities to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines effectively.
Professionalism, attention to detail, and the ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience preferred.
