Position OverviewRecruit Go is looking for a detail‑oriented Warehouse Administration Assistant who is responsible for maintaining precise stock records, managing order fulfillment, and facilitating seamless information flow between internal teams, customers, and relevant government agencies.
Responsibilities- Ensure timely and accurate organization of stock reports; maintenance of booking orders and information flow to customers, the respective warehouse coordinator, and the relevant government agencies.
- Manage stock control: monitor stock levels, book orders, retrieval and timely delivery of goods (loading and transferring).
- Monitor inventory tracking system.
- Ensure inventory information is accurate, reliable and accessible.
- Accurately enter and check provided data.
- Generate reports from the warehouse management system and provide them to relevant stakeholders.
- Conduct data checks.
- Ensure effective communication with all internal staff by building business relationships and actively providing support and guidance.
- Train, develop and coach new staff if any.
- Promote team spirit and strive for an efficient and effective warehouse management through teamwork.
- Be prepared to train in other similarly titled roles.
- English proficiency is a must; will be used as daily correspondence and conversation.
- Having at least 2 years of experience in an administrative role or relevant.
- High level of accuracy and attention to detail: working in fast pace on a daily basis.
- Well organized: maintain a lot of emails on a daily basis.
- Advance knowledge of Microsoft Office applications (esp. Outlook, Excel, Word).
- Having creative and analytical thinking to solve issues that might happen.
- Willing to work on all Indonesia's public holidays, especially Eid al‑Fitr and Eid al‑Adha.
- Willing to start working at: 06.00 AM to 03.00 PM Jakarta Time (April to October), 05.00 AM to 02.00 PM Jakarta Time (October to April).
- Able to work as a team and as an individual.
- Has a good work etiquette and no drama.
- Must have fiber optic internet access such as Indihome/Biznet Home/MNC Play etc.
- Must own a laptop or PC (as a backup).
- Having supportive and conducive surrounding to work from home.
