This is a part-time remote position for a Data Entry Clerk. The Data Entry Clerk will be responsible for inputting and updating information into databases or systems, reviewing data for accuracy, performing routine administrative tasks, and managing files and records. The role requires a high level of attention to detail and organizational skills to ensure data integrity and successful task completion.
Qualifications- Strong typing skills and a good grasp of computer literacy, including familiarity with spreadsheets and data entry software
- Proven experience in administrative assistance and maintaining organized documentation
- Effective communication skills to coordinate with team members and convey concise, clear updates
- Customer service abilities for addressing inquiries and providing support
- Detail-oriented mindset and ability to maintain high levels of accuracy and confidentiality with sensitive information
- Ability to work independently in a remote setup with self-motivation and time management skills
- Previous experience in data entry or administrative roles is a plus
