Position PurposeMaintain the Home Office facility to ensure safe, daily operations. Provide outstanding customer service and support the management of vendor relations and overall building maintenance.
Job Duties & Responsibilities- Work with Facilities Manager to maintain outstanding work conditions for the office.
- Coordinates and oversees any repairs or maintenance performed by technicians, vendors and contractors at Home Office.
- Obtains and reviews price quotes for the procurement of parts, services, and labor for projects and routine maintenance.
- Processes invoices for Home Office related work.
- Administers Home Office building security, including alarms and key fobs.
- Has general knowledge of basic building maintenance standards.
- Assist with general repair, cleaning, painting, office moves, plumbing, electrical, lighting, parking lot maintenance and HVAC building needs.
- Point of contact for shipping and receiving at the Home Office facility.
- First point of contact for after-hours emergencies.
- Distributes mail to Home Office staff.
- Performs consistent inspections of all common areas throughout the building and its exterior.
- Regular inventory and ordering of Home Office supplies.
- Collaborate with the Corporate Services Team on ad hoc projects.
- Supports office safety drills and practice.
- Supports other departments with offsites and meetings.
- Supports Store Operations with National Events
- 2 years of experience in facilities maintenance role preferred
- Great customer service and communication skills.
- Understanding construction and facilities terminology.
- General understanding of electrical and HVAC systems
- Dependable transportation to and from work as well as for after-hours work as needed
- Uses good judgment when problem solving and negotiating
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to prioritize multiple tasks.
- Occasional work travel
- Flexible Schedule – available nights/weekends/holidays
- Company Events:
Attendance and participation in company events as required, including participation as a student and a presenter. - Performs other duties as assigned.

Regularly lift, push, pull, carry, and/or move up to 35 lbs.; occasionally lift or move up to 50 lbs.; and manipulate up to 100 lbs. with assistance.
The employee will primarily work in an office environment but may occasionally be required to work outdoors. Outdoor work may occur in a range of weather conditions, including extreme heat, cold, rain, snow, and wind. Noise levels in the work environment are generally moderate.
Benefits- Hourly Range: $17.46 - $20.19
