Remote Collection Coordinator – Remote (Plano, TX based company)
Plano, TX‑based company is currently looking for a remote Collection Coordinator. The Collection Coordinator supports the Collections Team by managing account administration, coordinating with attorneys, and ensuring compliance with internal processes. This role plays a critical part in maintaining accurate account records, supporting workflow efficiency, and ensuring timely follow‑up on collection matters.
This position is primarily administrative with 0–25% phone responsibilities
, depending on workflow needs. The ideal candidate is detail‑oriented, highly organized, and comfortable managing multiple tasks in a fast‑paced environment.
- Coordinate with attorneys regarding account status, documentation, and follow‑up actions
- Manage account administration, ensuring records are accurate and up to date
- Review accounts for completeness and compliance with internal standards
- Support auditing efforts and assist with compliance‑related documentation
- Monitor and manage shared email inboxes and workflow queues
- Track deadlines and ensure timely processing of collection‑related activities
- Identify discrepancies and escalate issues as needed
- Maintain clear, professional communication with internal teams and external partners
- Handle limited outbound or inbound phone communication as required (0–25%)
- Support process improvements to enhance team efficiency
- Strong attention to detail
