Position Overview

In alignment with our continued operational expansion, we are strategically strengthening our distributed infrastructure by growing our remote operations function. We are seeking a highly disciplined, detail-intensive, and process-driven Remote Administrative Operations Assistant to support and sustain internal workflows across teams serving the MENA region, including the UAE, Qatar, and Saudi Arabia. Administrative Data Governance and Record Stewardship

A substantial portion of your responsibilities will center on maintaining shared spreadsheets, operational dashboards, and centralized documentation repositories using platforms such as Google Sheets and Microsoft Excel. On a routine basis, you will conduct structured reviews of data entries to verify completeness, confirm adherence to formatting standards, and ensure uniform application of naming conventions and region identifiers.

You will analyze datasets for duplication, incomplete submissions, misaligned fields, outdated entries, and formatting inconsistencies. Where discrepancies are identified, you will resolve them within established procedural parameters or escalate them according to defined protocols. Maintaining clean, standardized datasets is essential for reporting accuracy, interdepartmental visibility, and informed operational decision-making.

In parallel, you will oversee structured digital filing systems, ensuring that folder hierarchies remain logically organized, documents follow standardized naming frameworks, version control practices are respected, and shared resources remain accessible to authorized stakeholders. The discipline of digital hygiene and systematic documentation management is central to this role.

Workflow Oversight and Task Lifecycle Monitoring

Beyond data maintenance, you will contribute to workflow governance by supporting the lifecycle of internal administrative requests. This includes reviewing inbound submissions, categorizing them within predefined frameworks, and routing them appropriately according to documented process flows.

You will monitor task progression from initiation through resolution, maintaining clear visibility into status updates and documenting each stage within shared tracking systems.
