We are seeking a highly organized and detail‑oriented Virtual Assistant to join our remote team. The virtual assistant’s primary responsibility is to support the Executive Assistant by prioritizing tasks, completing them efficiently, and ensuring smooth day‑to‑day operations.
Key Responsibilities- Perform a variety of administrative duties
- Accurately capture and input information into the company database
- Maintain filing systems and online records
- Provide support in a team‑based environment
- Communicate effectively with stakeholders
- Respond to emails and phone calls
- Schedule meetings and book travel & accommodations
- Manage a contact list and prepare customer spreadsheets
- Create presentations as assigned
- Meet team productivity and accuracy standards
- Ensure confidentiality while handling sensitive information
- Follow policies, procedures, and workflows set by leadership
- Perform additional administrative tasks as needed
- Proven experience as a Virtual Assistant or Office Administrator (BPO experience preferred)
- Knowledge of office management systems and procedures
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel & PowerPoint)
- Excellent time‑management, prioritization, and organizational skills
- Attention to detail and strong problem‑solving abilities
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multi‑task
- High‑speed wired internet connection (download 20 Mbps+)
- Typing speed 20+ words per minute
- Must be authorized to work in the country where the job is based
- Must submit to a Level II background and/or security investigation with a fingerprint (job offers contingent on results)

This job operates in a professional office environment. While performing the duties, the employee will be largely sedentary and will be required to sit/stand for long periods while using a computer and telephone headset. The employee will be regularly required to operate a computer and other office equipment, including a phone, copier, and printer. The employee may occasionally be required to move about the office to accomplish tasks;
reach in any direction; raise or lower objects, move objects from place to place, hold onto objects, and move or exert force up to forty (40) pounds.
