Learning and Development Coordinator
9 month contract
Hybrid in Waltham, MA 3x per week
Must be able to work on a W2
Requirements- Support the coordination of commercial learning activities.
- Work closely with stakeholders in the field and home office, including teams supporting brands, Leadership Development, and Market Access.
- Collaborate with the Learning Team and other stakeholders to meet department goals.
- Manage the new hire training experience, including initial contact, materials, scheduling calls, aligning with internal stakeholders on planning and logistics, and ongoing communication.
- Manage the scheduling, logistics, and execution of training sessions; document meeting notes and action items; collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to complete outstanding tasks.
- Provide support to participants and instructors, addressing issues or concerns during the learning process.
- Oversee day-to-day operations of learning platform(s), including user profile management, asset tracking, reporting and data analysis, troubleshooting support, and additional administrative tasks as assigned.
- Upload, organize, and maintain educational content on the platform to meet learner needs.
- Build and distribute surveys using survey tools and platforms; lead creation and ongoing reporting of survey dashboards.
- Manage multiple projects while maintaining attention to detail and timelines.
- Complete all other duties as assigned.
- Bachelor’s degree required with 3–5 years of relevant experience.
- Proven experience coordinating educational programs or training sessions.
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively with diverse groups.
- Proficiency with educational technology and software.
- Strong working knowledge of MS Office (Outlook, PowerPoint, Word, Excel, and SharePoint).
- Excellent project management and time management skills, with the ability to track multiple projects, resources, and schedules.
- Strong interpersonal and communication abilities.
- Analytical skills for program evaluation.
- Adaptability and problem‑solving skills.
- Ability to work independently in a proactive manner to anticipate and solve problems.
