Role Description

This is a part-time position with full-time potential work from home Sales, Dispatch, and Secretary contractor role located in Appleton, WI. Responsibilities include managing customer inquiries, coordinating schedules for limousine services, and providing administrative support to the team. The role also involves handling sales processes, dispatching vehicles and drivers, maintaining client relationships, and ensuring operational efficiency while assisting with scheduling and administrative tasks.

Qualifications
  • Sales

    Skills:

    Previous experience in sales, client relationship management, and meeting sales targets.
  • Dispatch and Coordination:
    Proficiency in logistical coordination, scheduling, and dispatching vehicles or drivers.
  • Administrative

    Skills:

    Strong organizational, multitasking, and time management abilities for administrative and secretarial tasks.
  • Communication:
    Excellent written and verbal communication skills to liaise effectively with clients and team members.
  • Additional qualifications such as experience in customer service or transportation industries are a plus, along with proficiency in relevant computer software and tools.
