The Ordered Services Associate is responsible for coordinating transportation, facilitating services, and walking patients through enrollments, re-certifications, and form completions. This role requires strong organizational and communication skills, with the ability to work independently while managing multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment to support patient care needs. This position is hybrid - including both onsite and work-from-home weekly duties.

• High School Diploma required.
• 1 year of related experience in health care, home health, or related field.
• Comfortability working in an environment with high volume of calls and emails.
• Bilingual Spanish/English required.
• Microsoft Office Proficient.

• Assists with scheduling of patient transportation following UHP policy and procedure.
• Submit medical transportation letters on MAS network.
• Process multiple documents daily while ensuring accuracy and staying organized.
• Respond to email and phone calls daily, ensuring timely and clear communication.
• Other related administrative duties as assigned.

Minimum $18.18 per hour;
Maximum $18.18 per hour based on 40 regular hours per week.

Applicants must be comfortable working hybrid, based out of The Bronx and have ability to commit to a schedule of 40 hours per week, working Monday to Friday 8:00 am to 5:00 pm. Candidates must be open and available to working hybrid, working 1-2 days onsite and 3-4 days from home (subject to change in the future).
