Data Entry Operator

As a Data Entry Operator, you will be responsible for entering, updating, and maintaining data in our systems with high accuracy and efficiency. Your attention to detail and organizational skills will be essential in supporting our administrative and operational functions.

• Inputting data into databases, spreadsheets, and other computer systems accurately and efficiently.
• Verifying the accuracy of data before entry and resolving discrepancies.
• Maintaining data integrity and confidentiality.
• Updating existing data and deleting obsolete or incorrect entries.
• Generating reports from data as required.
• Assisting with data cleansing and validation processes.
• Following established procedures to ensure data security and compliance.

• Proven experience in data entry or administrative support preferred.
• Excellent typing speed and accuracy (minimum 40 WPM preferred).
• Proficiency with MS Office (Excel, Word) and data management tools.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines in a remote setting.
• High school diploma or equivalent; additional training or certifications are a plus.
