We are seeking an outgoing, detail-oriented, efficient person to join our amazing Team in providing support to our Psychotherapy practice. The ideal candidate will be adept at prioritizing, multi-tasking and have a positive attitude. This Candidate will also be willing to learn and grow with us!

Pay: $25-27 Per hour DOE and Potential for quarterly raise.

Shifts will be - Starting at 30 hours per week potential to turn into full time hours. This role will report to :
Dara Harrel and or Brittany Oaks - Owners

To succeed in this role …..

You will rock this role if you possess excellent communication skills and the ability to lead and promote the vision of the clinic. You must be able to stay extremely organized, thinking 10 steps ahead, and the ability to see the big picture with an entrepreneurial mindset. You have a passion for helping others as you will be communicating with our clients and staff.

Qualifications

2-3 years of experience preferred in Client Care and Customer Service, billing, HR experience (preferably in a medical office at the front desk)

Psychology undergraduate students and graduates are welcome!

Responsibilities

Supporting psychotherapist and social workers with client bookings, payments, insurance verification, processing insurance claims and understanding of HR and payroll duties.

Client support: welcoming clients to the office, answering client calls and emails, follow up payments/ accounts receivables.

Maintaining Quality Assurance (follow up to payments, securing payment information, uploading secure documents, managing the EHR, software including schedules and treatments offered)

Maintenance of office area, office supplies, and clinical files

Claims confirmations from Insurance companies/ entering billing and following up with insurance companies.

Assisting with updating documents, employee handbooks and manuals, keeping track of data using Excel spreadsheets.

Assisting with website, marketing and social media tasks.

  • Strong communication skills, ability to communicate professionally and with compassion to clients with patience when dealing with challenging clients.
  • Confidence to share ideas and constructive criticism to help us grow.
  • Juggling multiple projects and to-do’s simultaneously is no problem for you — you work well under pressure, meet deadlines and keep promises.
  • Tech savvy (we are mostly paper-less and everything is online)
  • An appetite for innovation and simplicity who is highly process oriented.
  • Working autonomously comes easy to you but you also love collaborating with a talented team.
  • Considerable experience using the Microsoft Office Suite, Google Drive Suite, Gmail, Excel, Flock, and Loom/ social media.
  • Knowledge of Simple Practice scheduling software is an asset.
