Accountabilities
  • Provide comprehensive administrative support to senior executives, including managing calendars and scheduling meetings.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders.
  • Screen and prioritize incoming communications, including emails and phone calls.
  • Prepare agendas, take minutes, and follow up on action items from virtual meetings.
  • Ensure meetings are well-organized and productive.
  • Draft, proofread, and edit documents, reports, and presentations.
  • Maintain organized digital files and ensure confidentiality of sensitive information.
  • Assist in the planning and execution of special projects and initiatives.
Requirements
  • Min 5 year proven experience as an executive assistant or in a similar administrative role, preferably in a remote environment.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a high level of professionalism.
  • Proficiency in virtual communication tools and office productivity software.
  • Discretion and confidentiality when handling sensitive information.
  • Ability to adapt in a fast-paced work environment.
