Job Summary:
We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Executive Assistant to provide administrative support to our executive team. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and organizational skills, be able to multitask and prioritize tasks, and have a strong attention to detail. This is a remote position, so the candidate must have a reliable internet connection and be able to work independently.
Key Responsibilities:- Manage and maintain executive schedules, appointments, and travel arrangements
- Coordinate and schedule meetings and conference calls
- Prepare and organize documents, reports, and presentations
- Conduct research and gather information for projects and meetings
- Handle incoming and outgoing communications, including emails, phone calls, and mail
- Assist with project management and follow-up on action items
- Maintain and update company databases and records
- Handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism
- Collaborate with other team members to ensure smooth operations and communication
- Other administrative tasks as needed
- High school diploma or equivalent;
Bachelor's degree preferred - 2+ years of experience as an Executive Assistant or similar role
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and Google Suite
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment
- High level of professionalism and discretion
- Experience in the health and wellness industry is a plus
