Job Summary:

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Executive Assistant to provide administrative support to our executive team. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and organizational skills, be able to multitask and prioritize tasks, and have a strong attention to detail. This is a remote position, so the candidate must have a reliable internet connection and be able to work independently.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage and maintain executive schedules, appointments, and travel arrangements
  • Coordinate and schedule meetings and conference calls
  • Prepare and organize documents, reports, and presentations
  • Conduct research and gather information for projects and meetings
  • Handle incoming and outgoing communications, including emails, phone calls, and mail
  • Assist with project management and follow-up on action items
  • Maintain and update company databases and records
  • Handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism
  • Collaborate with other team members to ensure smooth operations and communication
  • Other administrative tasks as needed
Qualifications:
  • High school diploma or equivalent;
    Bachelor's degree preferred
  • 2+ years of experience as an Executive Assistant or similar role
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and Google Suite
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills
  • Ability to work independently and in a team environment
  • High level of professionalism and discretion
  • Experience in the health and wellness industry is a plus
