Position Overview
We are looking for a proactive  Pre-Sales & Operations Executive  who will support Simu Rise’s  sales and business development efforts  while also owning key  operations, delivery support, and admin coordination  tasks.
This role is ideal for someone who is organized, sharp with communication, comfortable speaking to corporates, and enjoys managing moving parts from lead management and proposals to delivery readiness and coordination.

Key Responsibilities
A) Pre-Sales & Business Development Support
Lead Support & Coordination:  Work with the Sales/BD team to manage inbound and outbound leads.
Database Building:  Create, clean, and maintain corporate prospect databases (sector-wise, region-wise).
CRM Updates:  Update CRM regularly with accurate lead status, follow-ups, and notes.
Meeting Setup & Follow-ups:  Schedule calls/meetings, send confirmations, and ensure follow-up cadence.
Requirement Gathering:  Capture client needs, context, event objectives, audience size, and timelines.
Proposal & Deck Support:  Assist in drafting proposals, creating pitch decks, and customizing content based on client requirements.
Pre-Sales Documentation:  Maintain templates, case studies, credentials decks, program brochures, and FAQs.
Coordination with Marketing:  Align with marketing for campaign leads, event invites, and conversion support.
B) Operations, Delivery Support & Admin Coordination
Program Delivery Coordination:  Support end-to-end coordination for workshops/simulations (virtual/in-person).
Delivery Readiness Checklist:  Ensure facilitators, materials, decks, links, logistics, and timelines are prepared.
Participant Communication:  Support participant invites, joining links, instructions, reminders, and pre-work if required.
Vendor & Logistics Coordination:  Coordinate with printers/couriers/vendors for kits, materials, and dispatch tracking.
Internal Coordination:  Work closely with facilitators, the ops team, and leadership to ensure smooth execution.
Post-Delivery Admin:  Support feedback collection, attendance data, closure notes, and internal reporting.
Documentation & Filing:  Maintain organized digital folders for proposals, POs, invoices, decks, delivery plans, and reports.
General Admin Support:  Assist with routine operational tasks that enable the team to move faster.

Requirements

Education:

Graduate/Postgraduate in any field (preferred).

Experience:

1–3 years in a  pre-sales / sales support / operations / coordination  role (B2B preferred).
Experience in Corporate Training / L&D / HR Services / Events / Consulting operations is a plus.

Location:

Mumbai / Navi Mumbai / Thane (for hybrid requirements).
Communication:  Strong verbal + written communication (calls, emails, proposals, client coordination).
Organization

Skills:

Strong documentation, follow-ups, and task prioritization ability.
Work Setup:  Reliable work-from-home setup for calls, coordination, and virtual meetings.
Travel:  Willingness to travel locally & internationally when required for deliveries/events.
