About the RoleOur growing team seeks a highly organized and technologically savvy individual who cares about seeing God’s people experience healing and freedom through the gospel. This person will ensure smooth office operations, manage key projects, and help our team stay on track to accomplish the work God has set before us! This critical position will provide high-level administrative assistance with the day-to-day operations of the Inner Life Ministries.
- 5 to 15 hours per week
- Flexible Hours between 8 am and 5 pm Monday through Friday
- In-person at our Boise Office off of S. Curtis Rd.
- Option of some remote work in the future
Administrative Support and Project Management
- Ensure the office is well-organized and running smoothly by managing tasks like ordering supplies, maintaining cleanliness, and staying on top of organization needs.
- Oversee shipping and inventory management for Untying the Knots workbooks, ensuring timely delivery and accurate stock levels.
- Assist with key projects.
- Manage software, renewals, and track ongoing projects.
- Coordinate volunteers for in-office and remote tasks.
- Oversee the CRM system, ensuring data is updated and organized.
- Handle communication with church leaders, donors, and participants.
- Assist with donor relations, including sending thank-you notes and updates.
- Support basic financial tasks like managing receipts and tracking expenses.

- Strong communication and relational skills
- Has a heart for seeing people spiritually, emotionally, and relationally thrive through the gospel
- Loves working across cultures, denominations, and church traditions.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
- Project management and organizational skills
- Display proficiency using standard office equipment such as a computer, printer, fax, photocopier, scanner, etc.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office & Google Workplace (Google Drive, Google Sheets, Google Docs, etc)
- Produce well-thought-out, professional correspondence free of grammatical and spelling errors
- Has a “figure things out” attitude
- Enjoys working independently but within a strategic framework
- Can handle and prioritize many projects/assignments at the same time
