Insurance Operations & Support Coordinator – Dallas, GA
The Insurance Support Coordinator provides administrative support related to insurance renewals, claims documentation, and carrier communications. This role plays a key part in ensuring policies are maintained accurately and on time while supporting the Community Manager and CEO with organized, dependable follow-through.
This is a detail-driven, process-focused position requiring strong organization, clear communication, and the ability to manage recurring deadlines. The ideal candidate is proactive, service-minded, and comfortable working independently in a remote environment.
Responsibilities- Manage and track client insurance renewals to ensure timely processing
- Assist with administrative coordination of insurance claims (documentation and follow-up only)
- Communicate with insurance carriers regarding policy updates, renewals, and required documents
- Maintain accurate digital records of policies, certificates, and correspondence
- Monitor deadlines and proactively follow up on outstanding items
- Provide general administrative support to the Community Manager
- Ensure all documentation is organized, complete, and properly filed
- Support internal reporting and tracking related to insurance activity
- Other tasks as required

Software requirement:
Licensed OS
- 5 MBPS or higher Internet (hardwired / not WIFI). If you don’t have 5 MBPS then you must agree to if selected.
- Private and quiet dedicated home office area
- Modern computer and operating system
- Back-ups in case of power or Telco interruptions
- Good headset and webcam (Preferably noise-canceling headset)
- Monday – Friday
Phone time: 25-50%.
Schedule:
9:00 AM – 5:30 PM EST or 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM EST / 10:00 PM to 6:30 AM Manila.
- Standard rate of $5/hour
