This role supports a VP within the Technology organization and two Senior Directors. The position focuses on high-level administrative support, presentation development, calendar and travel management, and cross-functional coordination. This is an onsite role Monday–Thursday at WHQ (PHK) in Beaverton, with work-from-home Fridays. There is potential opportunity to apply for a full-time position in the future.
Job Description- Provide executive-level administrative support to a VP and two Senior Directors
- Manage complex calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate logistics across teams
- Facilitate meetings, including scheduling and running PowerPoint presentations
- Create high-quality graphic and text presentations under tight deadlines
- Prepare special reports by gathering and compiling information from multiple sources
- Coordinate travel arrangements in alignment with company travel policies
- Arrange meetings and events, including venue coordination, room setup, catering, and materials delivery
- Review documents for grammatical accuracy and appropriate usage
- Prepare expense reports and purchase orders
- Maintain office supplies and update organizational charts
- Handle confidential information with discretion
- Serve as a central contact for department information as needed
- 5+ years of directly relevant administrative experience
- Experience supporting VP or C-suite level leadership strongly preferred
- Strong presentation development skills (PowerPoint)
- Proficient in Microsoft Outlook, PowerPoint, and calendar management tools
- Experience with Slack and Box
- Strong communication, follow-through, flexibility, and availability
- Ability to manage confidential information
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
Bachelor’s Degree and minimum 5 years of relevant experience required
