We are seeking a knowledgeable Facilities Coordinator to ensure an optimal working environment in our facility. The position of Facilities Coordinator is responsible for ensuring the optimal working environment for all the organization's staff members by providing full maintenance services of a given facility as well as promoting safety conditions. Facilities Coordinators assist in resolving building problems and act as a liaison between employees and outside contractors called in to fix those issues.
Tasks include, but are not limited to, front desk management, greeting guests, and events support.
Job Responsibilities:
- Front Desk - Greet Pitch Book guests and notify employees of guests arrival
- Coordinate with People Team and IT for new hire desk set up and swag delivery
- Conduct an office tour as part the New Employee Orientation (NEO)
- Provide support for internal events (includes moving furniture, event set up, and break down)
- Field and respond to employee requests via work request ticketing system
- Work with Property Management team to resolve workspace issues
- Provide back office administrative and operations support
- Support shipping and receiving packages and mail
- Perform morning and afternoon "rounds" to keep communal areas tidy
- Maintain inventory and submit orders for office supplies in coordination with Facilities Operations Manager
- Manage storage area use and organization
- Provide onsite event logistical support
- Assist with event scheduling and setup support
- Perform minor scheduled and reactive maintenance on office equipment and appliances
- Support the vision and values of the company through role modeling and encouraging desired behaviors
- Participate in various company initiatives and projects as requested
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree preferred
- 1+ years previous experience in Office Administration or Customer Service preferred
- Proactive and solution oriented, be able to anticipate needs
- Ability to take direction and work independently on assigned tasks
- A "no job is too big or too small" attitude
- Strong organizational skills including effective time management and prioritization of duties
- Ability to remain flexible in a constantly changing environment
- Experience with Envoy, Slack, and Zendesk is a plus
- Proficiency with the Microsoft Office suite including in-depth knowledge of Outlook, Word, and Excel with the ability to pick up new systems and software easily
- Must be authorized to work in the United States without the need for visa sponsorship now or in the future

Compensation- Annual base salary: $61,000-$75,000
- Target annual bonus percentage: 5%

The job conditions for this position are in a standard office setting. Employees in this position use PC and phone on an on-going basis throughout the day. Limited corporate travel may be required to remote offices or other business meetings and events.
