The OpportunityA highly accomplished CEO, investor, and philanthropist is seeking an exceptional Executive Assistant (EA) to serve as a deeply embedded partner across a dynamic and multifaceted portfolio of commitments.
The CEO leads a complex, 1,000+-employee company, with additional responsibilities that extend beyond the business to include investments, philanthropy, travel, and personal operations. This role is designed to support him holistically — ensuring that his time, energy, and focus are directed toward the highest-impact priorities across all domains.
While the CEO’s primary business serves as the administrative home base for the position, the orientation of the role is directly aligned to the CEO and his full ecosystem. The right candidate will operate as a trusted extension of the principal — bringing discretion, precision, and exceptional judgment to an environment that is fast-moving, global, and highly complex.
This is not a traditional, office-bound Executive Assistant role. It requires adaptability, mobility, and a proactive approach to managing shifting priorities and high-stakes engagements. The individual in this position will be exposed to consequential work and influential leaders, supporting initiatives that frequently intersect with global conversations.
