We’re looking for a Remote Scheduling & Admin Coordinator to oversee cleaner allocations, client communications, and operational administration. You’ll ensure bookings run smoothly and records are kept accurate.
Key Responsibilities
Assign cleaners and backup staff to jobs
Confirm schedules with clients and cleaners
Monitor payments and update internal systems
Manage booking changes, cancellations, and urgent replacements
Track job progress and document outcomes, feedback, and complaints
Support recruitment coordination and onboarding of new cleaners
What You’ll Bring
Excellent organisational and scheduling skills
Strong written and verbal communication
High attention to detail and accuracy
Confidence in managing multiple priorities
Proactive problem-solving approach
Ability to work independently in a remote environment
Minimum of 3 years’ experience in administrative, scheduling, or operations roles
Experience using CRM or scheduling tools
Proficient in Microsoft Office
Comfortable with Whats App and phone communication
Reliable laptop, internet, and quiet home workspace
Outstanding communication skills (both written and verbal)
