We’re looking for a highly organised, detail-focused Remote Operations & Booking Coordinator to manage the day-to-day administration of our cleaning bookings.
You’ll coordinate cleaners, confirm client bookings, track payments, update internal systems, and ensure each job runs smoothly from scheduling through to completion. You’ll act as the key link between clients, cleaners, recruitment, and management.
This role provides weekend support, with working days either Saturday to Wednesday or Wednesday to Sunday.

Key ResponsibilitiesAllocate cleaners and backup cover to bookings
Communicate with cleaners and clients to confirm schedules, job details, and updates
Monitor payments and booking status, ensuring system accuracy
Manage changes, cancellations, and last-minute replacements
Track job progress on the day and resolve issues as they arise
Record job outcomes, feedback, and handle complaints professionally
Maintain accurate, organised records across CRM and scheduling systems
Support recruitment coordination and cleaner onboarding when required
Strong organisational and time-management skills
Excellent written and verbal communication (Whats App, email, phone)
High attention to detail and process accuracy
Confidence in managing multiple bookings and priorities
Proactive problem-solving and calm decision-making
Professional approach when handling changes or complaints
Ability to work independently in a fast-paced remote environment
Minimum 3 years’ experience in an administrative environment
Experience with CRM, ATS, or scheduling systems
Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook and Excel
Comfortable using Whats App and phone for daily communication
Strong data accuracy and record-keeping skills
Experience in cleaning, recruitment, logistics, or service-based operations is an advantage
Reliable laptop, stable internet, and a quiet home workspace
