Clinic Equilibrium and Elite Physio & Therapy are seeking a highly organised, tech-savvy Administrator & Business Support Coordinator to support the day-to-day running and growth of our Pilates studio and physiotherapy clinic.
This role is ideal for someone looking for flexible working hours
, particularly around school commitments, who enjoys variety, responsibility, and working within a fast-paced health and wellbeing business.
The role is primarily remote
, with regular weekly meetings and occasional on-site presence at our Bowdon studio as required. You will be a key point of contact for clients, staff, and leads, and play an important role in both administration and marketing support.
- Managing client bookings for Pilates classes, physio appointments, courses, and programmes
- Following up with enquiries, leads, and existing clients
- Making confident outbound calls to warm leads and handling incoming enquiries
- Organising staff schedules and arranging cover for holidays and sickness
- Supporting general business administration across both businesses
- Creating posters, digital assets, and marketing materials
- Creating, scheduling, and managing social media posts and adverts
- Writing clear, engaging copy for emails, social posts, and advertisements
- Assisting with social media campaigns and promotions
- Providing ongoing business support to ensure smooth day-to-day operations
- This role requires someone who is confident with technology and able to work independently and is highly organised.
- Strong proficiency using computers and online systems
- Experience creating graphics (essential)
- Ability to write clear, engaging copy for emails, posts, and adverts
- Excellent organisation and time-management skills
- Clear, confident, and professional phone manner
- Ability to juggle multiple tasks and priorities
- A proactive, reliable, and self-motivated approach
- Experience in administration, customer service, marketing support, or working within a small business environment is highly desirable.
Tech confidence is a must for this role.
