Join Our Team as The Executive Assistant to the CEO (Hybrid) Luxury Asset Capital LLC is seeking a talented Executive Assistant to join our team in Denver, CO and work directly for the CEO. As an Executive Assistant, you will play a crucial role in supporting our CEO and ensuring the smooth operation of his office. Daily Responsibilities:
Coordinate travel arrangements Prepare and submit expense reports Handle certain business communications Manage business correspondence Provide general administrative support Calendar management Assist with spreadsheets and data entry Schedule appointments and meetings Perform general office duties Assist with onboarding new employees Act as a liaison between departments Assist with event planning and logistics Assist with certain at-home responsibilities for the CEO and his family

Required Skills:

Prior EA Experience required High School Diploma or equivalent Proficient in Apple & Microsoft Strong decision-making skills Experience in event planning Ability to handle logistics efficiently

Salary and Benefits :
