Our client, a leading organization in the pharmaceutical and healthcare industry, is seeking a Project Coordinator to join their team. As a Project Coordinator, you will be part of the Project Management Support team supporting active capital projects. The ideal candidate will have excellent organizational skills, proactive communication, and adaptability, which will align successfully in the organization.
Job Title: Project Coordinator

What's the Job?
- Provide general coordination and administrative support across active capital projects
- Maintain and update project documentation, including cost trackers, schedules, and shared site folders/TEAMS sites
- Initiate and track capital purchase orders, vendor qualifications, bid events, work orders, and related procurement documentation
- Coordinate with suppliers to ensure timely deliveries, track milestone completions, and resolve PO or invoice discrepancies
- Assist with financial tracking activities such as cost monitoring, forecasting inputs, and monthly accrual support
What's Needed?
- Previous experience in project coordination, procurement support, or administrative roles within a corporate environment
- Strong proficiency with Excel, Word, Outlook, Teams, and general project documentation tools
- Familiarity with capital project processes, purchase order workflows, and supplier interactions
- Excellent organization, communication, and follow-up skills
- Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment and adapt to shifting priorities
