In this role, you will provide advanced administrative support to Operations Vice Presidents, ensuring that their schedules are managed efficiently. You'll be responsible for organizing meetings, preparing reports, and maintaining strong communication channels with stakeholders. Your contribution will play a critical role in enhancing operational effectiveness, enabling leaders to focus on strategic initiatives.

- Organizes and coordinates executive's schedule by arranging appointments and maintaining calendars.
- Handles all telephone calls, greets visitors, and composes confidential correspondence.
- Relieves the VP of routine administrative details, including data compilation and analysis.
- Prepares meeting agendas, maintains notes, and implements action items.
- Creates high-quality reports and presentation materials.
- Supports and administers projects for the division/department.
- Maintains robust business relationships with key stakeholders.
- 5+ years of administrative/secretarial experience.
- Two-year degree from business or vocational school desired.
- Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Strong writing skills with attention to grammar and detail.
- Ability to effectively manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
- Ability to handle sensitive/confidential information with integrity.
