We are seeking an experienced Executive Assistant to support the Chief Financial Officer with some support for other G&A leaders, either remote Pacific Time Zone based or Oakland based. This individual will serve as a trusted confidante to these Executive Leaders; partnering with them to optimize their time by anticipating their needs and providing admin and logistical support in a fast-paced environment.

A successful candidate has strong organizational skills, is detail oriented yet flexible, and adapts quickly to change. You will be part of the Finance organization’s quickly growing and values-oriented team.

• Strategically manage CFO, CPO, CLO and several VP’s calendars and documentation on Confluence
• Clearly communicate priorities across teams
• Handle confidential information
• Provide logistical and admin support for leadership meetings, off-sites, board meetings, All Hands, etc.
• Manage travel arrangements and be prepared for unforeseen changes
• Organize expense reports and ad hoc special projects
• Partner with CEO Chief of Staff and other EBPs on key projects

• 4+ years experience supporting CEO, or VP to C-level in a high growth technology company or comparable environment
• Resourceful, dependable, process driven
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Excels at project management
• Professional, respectful, and integrity-driven
• Strong interpersonal skills to cultivate relationships across departments; ability to Manage up
• Interested in growing a company with a transparent work culture
• Proficient in Google Suite (Gmail, Calendar, Slides, Drive), Confluence, Zoom, Slack

• Excel
• Basic audio and visual troubleshooting
• Preference is for this person to be based in the Bay Area, but open to remote US

Note:

Pay ranges are target ranges based on geographic zones. Exact compensation may vary based on skills, experience, and location.

• Zone 1:
  San Francisco/Bay Area or NYC Metropolitan Area, Boston, Seattle – $136,000 - $187,000
• Zone 2:
  Irvine, LA, Monterey, Santa Barbara, Santa Rosa, Austin, Portland, Philadelphia, Chicago – $122,000 - $168,800
• Zone 3:
  All other US locations – $116,000 - $159,000
