Role SummaryAs a Branch Office Administrator, you will be a vital part of our team, providing seamless support to our clients. You will support client accounts, facilitate communication, and ensure a positive client experience in a dynamic, rewarding environment.
Support You Will Receive- Comprehensive 6‑month training, including an experienced peer mentor

- Deliver exceptional personalized service to ensure clients feel understood and informed
- Actively participate in the annual business planning to develop strategies for the upcoming year
- Listen for situations indicating a need for additional services
- Drive marketing activities such as planning and executing events
- Provide client service via inbound/outbound calls, email, and in‑person interactions
- Handle account opening, transfers, and other requests; process transactions, prepare documentation, and maintain accurate records
- Perform administrative tasks—including scheduling appointments, preparing materials, managing correspondence, and supporting marketing initiatives
- Streamline processes, update SOPs, and execute the branch business plan strategically
- Apply technology, including Money Guide, Salesforce, Microsoft Office, and other firm‑provided software

Hiring Minimum: $21.38
Hiring Maximum: $23.14
Edward Jones offers discretionary and variable compensation programs, including bonuses based on branch and firm profitability, and individual performance. Merit‑based salary increases are available as you progress.
