Overview
The University of New Mexico College of Nursing (CON) is seeking a detail-oriented, team-oriented Facilities Coordinator to join our Facilities Operations department. The ideal candidate will demonstrate initiative, follow-through, and strong organizational skills to support the smooth and efficient operation of CON facilities at Albuquerque and Rio Rancho Campuses.
Responsibilities- Assistance with copying, scanning, filing, answering phones, mail sorting, database entry and inventory
- Maintaining confidential records and ensuring proper documentation and data accuracy
- Support of office setup and organization for facility-related activities and personnel
- Assistance with HSC Badging and Key Requests
- Coordination of CON vehicle maintenance and upkeep
- Contributing to special projects and performing additional duties as assigned
The selected applicant must maintain a primary residence in the Albuquerque area (including surrounding communities such as Rio Rancho, Los Lunas, Belen, Edgewood, and Santa Fe), be able to reliably commute to the College of Nursing in Albuquerque, and must have a valid New Mexico Driver's License.
Minimum QualificationsHigh school diploma or GED; at least 3 years of experience directly related to the duties and responsibilities specified. Completed degree(s) from an accredited institution that are above the minimum education requirement may be substituted for experience on a year for year basis.
Preferred Qualifications- Experience in Customer Service
- Previous experience working collaboratively
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite
- Ability to lift up to 50lbs unassisted
- Ability to work independently
