Booking & Scheduling Consultant
to manage reservations, coordinate timelines, and ensure every detail is handled with accuracy and care. This role plays an important part in creating seamless vacation experiences by keeping schedules aligned, confirmations secured, and clients informed every step of the way.

• Coordinate bookings, reservations, and scheduling updates
• Communicate with clients to gather required details and provide timely status updates
• Monitor confirmations, deadlines, and changes to ensure accuracy
• Proactively follow up on outstanding items and resolve minor issues
• Maintain organized records and documentation
• Support clients throughout their full vacation planning journey

• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Customer service, administrative, or coordination experience preferred (not required)
• Ability to work independently while following structured systems
• Detail-oriented, dependable, and deadline-driven
• Comfortable learning and using digital tools and online platforms
• Must be a citizen of the US, UK, LATAM, Spain, and Australia
