Remote Customer Experience Associate required for company based in California!
Irvine, CA- based company is currently in need of remote Customer Experience Associate. This role plays a key part in ensuring customers are connected seamlessly to the right information and resources while maintaining a high standard of professionalism and accuracy. The candidate must be dependable, and service-minded Customer Service Representative to support daily client communications and administrative processes.
The ideal candidate demonstrates strong critical thinking skills, urgency in communication, and a commitment to quality. This position requires excellent English verbal and written communication skills, consistent follow-through, and the ability to close the loop on client requests efficiently.
Key Responsibilities- Answer incoming client calls and respond to emails in a timely and professional manner
- Connect customers seamlessly to the appropriate information, department, or resources
- Provide accurate information while maintaining a high standard of customer service
- Apply critical thinking to resolve client concerns and elevate appropriately when needed
- Perform administrative tasks and maintain organized documentation
- Ensure accuracy and quality in all written and verbal communications
- Respond with urgency and maintain consistent follow-through until issues are fully resolved
- Spend approximately 75-100% of the shift on the phone once fully trained
