Administrative Assistant; Bay Area; Los Angeles, CA;

Artistree Hospitality Group is seeking a tech-savvy and task-oriented Administrative Assistant to provide executive support to our CEO, Amy Beilharz. Ms. Beilharz is a co-founder of Artistree with extensive experience in executive management, mentorship of female entrepreneurs, and current involvement as president of the non-profit Safer West County.

Ideal candidates are self-organized, possess excellent written and verbal communication skills, and are comfortable using and learning software applications such as MS Word, Excel, Google Suite, Asana, etc., for scheduling, communication, and project management.

This full-time position involves managing several projects in California and Texas, with potential growth into marketing responsibilities, including handling inquiries, creating systems, and website modifications. Hours are flexible, remote work is possible, but one day per week in Occidental is typically required.
