Overview
TouchPoint Salary: $70,000 - $75,000. Other Forms of Compensation:
Pay Grade 11. TouchPoint, Support Services, provides customer focused support services. We perform services including healthcare housekeeping, management in laundry processing, patient transportation, and food service. Job Summary:
This individual will assist the Director with all operational needs of the facility, helping the department achieve established objectives, standards, policies, and procedures within federal, state, and local regulations.
- Coordinates the tasks of the subordinate supervisory and management team
- Carries out daily schedules and fulfills all customer needs
- Assists with inspections and evaluates the physical condition of the facility
- Attends regular staff meetings and communicates with members of other departments to coordinate operation activities
- Carries out major projects, ensuring staff perform their duties and have the necessary supplies
- Maintains excellent relations with residents, clients, and all community departments
- Performs other duties as assigned
- Bachelor’s degree, preferred
- At least 3 years of experience, preferred
- Excellent customer service skills and experiences
- Strong work ethic, intense drive, and initiative for quality and customer service
- Excellent stress management, administrative and organizational, and follow-through skills
- Excellent written and oral communication
- Contract-managed service experience is desirable
