Ascend Learning is seeking a detail‑oriented Bias Review Coordinator to support the coordination of bias review workflows between our external bias review committee and internal test development teams. This role plays a key part in helping ensure assessment content meets high standards of quality and fairness.
In this fully remote role, you will work independently while serving as the primary point of contact for approximately 40 external bias review committee members
. You’ll manage assignments, track progress, compile feedback, and support smooth communication across stakeholders.
This position is ideal for someone who enjoys organization, clear communication, and steady coordination work in a supportive, low‑micromanagement environment.
Key ResponsibilitiesWorkflow & Assignment Coordination
- Coordinate the distribution of bias review assignments between external reviewers and internal test developers
- Upload and organize files and folders in Share File
- Track assignments, deadlines, and completion status with accuracy
- Collect completed reviews and compile feedback into organized Excel spreadsheets
- Ensure reviewer feedback is clearly documented and ready for internal team use
- Maintain professional, kind, and timely communication with external reviewers and internal stakeholders
- Respond to questions related to assignments, timelines, and processes
- Escalate issues or concerns related to reviewer performance or missed deadlines as needed
- Process and submit weekly invoices for bias review committee members
- Track reviewer participation and basic performance metrics
- Assist with subject matter expert (SME) onboarding on the certification side as needed
- Support general administrative coordination related to the bias review process
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Strong organization and attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
- Time management and independence
