This position is located in our Milwaukee office (819 N. 6th St.). The person hired into this position may request to work up to one day/week remotely.

Position SummaryKey Responsibilities Of This Position Include
- Serve as the primary liaison in administering the Division’s contract with the US Equal Opportunity Commission (EEOC).
- Work closely with the EEOC’s state and local coordinator to ensure compliance with the requirements of the EEOC contract.
- Review, analyze, and submit cases and all required documentation to the EEOC.
- Code and enter the data from the complaint form into the Civil Rights Information System (CRIS) program.
- Disseminate information to the parties of a complaint.
- Supervise program support staff in Milwaukee, ensuring that the staff is productive, efficient and cross trained.
- Serve as office manager, including monitoring inventory, purchasing supplies, and ensuring the overall efficiency of the office.

Salary InformationStarting pay is between $28.00 and $33.00/hour ($58,204 - $68,640 annually), depending on qualifications, plus an exemplary benefits package:

The classification title for this position is Program Assistant Supervisor-Advanced (schedule 81, range 04). A 12-month probationary period will be required. This position is considered exempt under the Fair Labor Standards Act.
Pay will be set in accordance with the State Compensation Plan in effect at the time of appointment. Starting pay may vary for current state employees.
