Job Overview
The Branch Office Administrator (BOA) supports financial advisors by managing client accounts, facilitating communication, and ensuring an exceptional client experience at Edward Jones. This full‑time position is located at 228 E Genesee St, Lapeer, MI, and will remain open for approximately 30 days from 06-Feb-2026.

As a BOA, you will be a vital part of the client support team, providing seamless administrative support to one or more financial advisors, helping clients achieve their long‑term financial goals, and contributing to a positive, inclusive work environment.

- Client Service:
Deliver exceptional service via inbound/outbound calls, email, and in‑person interactions; resolve inquiries and ensure a stellar experience. - Account Management:
Open accounts, handle transfers and other client requests, process transactions, prepare documentation, and maintain accurate records. - Administrative & Operational Support:
Schedule appointments, prepare meeting materials, manage correspondence, support marketing initiatives, and streamline processes through SOP updates. - Technology:
Proficient use of Money Guide, Salesforce, Microsoft Office, and other firm‑provided software; willingness to learn new tools.

Hiring Minimum: $26.10
