This position is posted by Jobgether on behalf of a partner company. We are currently looking for a Remote Executive Assistant - REMOTE. This role plays a crucial part in providing high-level administrative support to the CEO of a rapidly growing global technology firm. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast‑paced environment and has a strong ability to manage complex calendars across various time zones.

You'll be instrumental in ensuring that the CEO is organized, prepared, and able to effectively manage their day‑to‑day responsibilities, including travel, communication, and scheduling. This is a remote role requiring alignment with Eastern Time (ET) and/or UK Time Zone.

Accountabilities
  • Manage the CEO’s calendar, scheduling, and prioritizing meetings
  • Coordinate domestic and international travel arrangements
  • Organize and manage email communication for the CEO
  • Assist with expense tracking and documentation
  • Provide quick responses to urgent requests
  • Maintain professionalism and discretion in all tasks
Requirements
  • Proven experience as a Virtual Assistant or Executive Assistant
  • Strong calendar management skills across different time zones
  • Experience coordinating executive‑level travel
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
  • Highly detail‑oriented and reliable
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
