What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
  • Coordinate roadside assistance through vendor partners by taking phone calls and dispatching services
  • Set up replacement rentals for clients in need of alternative transportation
  • Research delays for roadside service and communicate with vendor partners to obtain status updates
  • Relay repair approvals to repair facilities on behalf of clients
  • Maintain regular communication with third-party vendors and Fleet drivers
What is Required (Qualifications):
  • Must be 18 years of age or older
  • Must reside in the St. Louis Metropolitan area or surrounding MO/IL counties
  • Minimum of two (2) years experience in customer and/or vendor support
  • Minimum of two (2) years of administrative support experience
  • Intermediate proficiency with Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, and Outlook)

  • Proven success in problem resolution or negotiation
  • Strong detail-oriented skills and flexibility in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent communication skills to effectively assist customers
