Role Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and compassionate HR & Administrative Assistant to support our Director of Operations/Clinical Director. This role is ideal for someone with a background in human resources and administrative support who thrives in a fast-paced, people-centered environment.

While prior experience working with insurance providers is a plus, it is not a requirement. A passion for helping families and improving the lives of children with Autism is essential.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support the Clinical Director with day-to-day administrative tasks
  • Assist in HR-related duties such as onboarding new staff, maintaining employee records, and scheduling interviews
  • Liaise with therapists, insurance companies, and client families as needed
  • Prepare and manage documentation and reports related to client care and staffing
  • Help coordinate scheduling, payroll data collection, and timesheet reviews
  • Ensure timely follow-up and communication between departments
  • Maintain confidentiality and compliance with HIPAA and other relevant regulations

Requirements

  • 2+ years of HR or administrative experience (healthcare setting preferred)
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Comfortable handling sensitive and confidential information
  • Ability to work independently during the 3 PM 11 PM shift
  • Tech-savvy (Google Workspace, Zoom, HRIS/CRM platforms)
  • Stable internet connection and your own laptop or desktop

Preferred Qualifications

  • Familiarity with ABA therapy or behavioral health services
  • Experience working with insurance companies or medical billing
  • Prior remote work experience in a healthcare or clinical support role
